PUNCAK, JAGAPAPUA.COM - Sopir truk atas nama Nober Palintin (31) yang sebelumnya hilang kini telah berhasil ditemukan. Namun Nober ditemukan dalam kondisi telah meninggal dunia di tepi Kali Wilipur, Kampung Kimak, Distrik Ilaga, Kabupaten Puncak, Papua, Kamis (12/5/2022) sekitar pukul 13.00 WIT.

Jenazah Nober ditemukan masyarakat yang membantu aparat TNI-Polri dalam pencarian korban. Nober meninggal dunia akibat luka tembak diduga akibat diserang oleh Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata (KKB) di Kali Ilame, Distrik Gome, Kabupaten Puncak, Papua, Rabu (11/5/2022) kemarin.

"Jenazah Nober Palintin ditemukan di tepian Kali Wilipur setelah personel mendapat informasi bahwa korban dihanyutkan di sungai," ujar Direskrimum Polda Papua Kombes Faizal Ramadhani, Kamis.

Menurut Faizal jenazah sopir truk itu kemudian dibawa ke Puskesmas Ilaga untuk divisum. Ia juga memastikan bahwa tidak sempat ada kontak senjata antara KKB dengan aparat keamanan.

"Saat tiba personel hanya menemukan truk yang dibawa korban dan hingga olah TKP pada sore hari tidak ditemukan adanya tanda-tanda korban maupun KKB," ungkapnya.

Sebelumnya, KKB Papua diduga memberondong tembakan ke sopir truk bersama Nober Palintin, 31 tahun. Kabid Humas Polda Papua Kombes Ahmad Musthofa Kamal menyebut penembakan terhadap Nober Palintin terjadi di sekitar Kali Ilame, Kampung Wako, Distrik Gome, Kabupaten Puncak.

Nober yang saat itu ditemani seorang warga berinisial AT hendak mengambil material pasir di Kali Ilame, Kampung Wako, Distrik Gome. Akan tetapi kemudian terdengar tembakan sebanyak 2 kali dan disusul suara tembakan sebanyak 5 kali setelah beberapa menit dari arah Kali Ilame.

"Mendengar suara tembakan, personel gabungan dari Polres Puncak dan Satgas Gakkum bersama TNI langsung ke tempat kejadian perkara (TKP). Sampai di sana personel hanya menemukan truk yang dibawa korban," ungkap Kamal. (UWR)
