Wamafma Minta BLT di Papua Lebih Tinggi, Ini Alasannya

PAPUA BARAT, JAGAPAPUA.COM - Komite Satu DPD RI menggelar Rapat Kerja bersama Kementrian Desa PDT dan Transmigrasi. Rapat kerja yang digelar dengan cara bertatap muka melalui medium virtual ini menitikberatkan pada sejumlah pembahasan perubahan regulasi terkait kebijakan yang digulirkan ke pedesaan.

Rapat yang berlangsung kurang lebih 3 jam ini berlangsung alot. Sejumalah aspirasi disuarakan oleh para senator dihadapan Mendesa, Abdul Halim Iskandar, Rabu, (22/4). salah satunya, yaitu datang dari Anggota DPD RI Perwakilan Provinsi Papua Barat, Dr. Filep Wamafma.

Didalam pembahasan bersama Menteri Desa, Wamafma memberikan serangkaian catatan dan masukan kepada Abdul Halim Iskandar ketika rapat sedang berjalan memasuki lebih 30 menit. Respon Wamafma itu naik selepas Mendesa memaparkan mengenai besaran anggaran yang hendak diperuntukan di desa.

Menurut Wamafma, Pemberian anggaran desa harus ditinjau dan diperhitungkan secara koprehensif oleh pihak Kementrian, apalagi setiap daerah di seluruh Indonesia khususnya untuk pedesaan, medan geografis-nya berbeda-beda.

Ambil contoh, misalnya di Papua Barat, hampir sebagian besar desa di daerah Papua Barat memiliki rentang jarak yang jauh dengan perkotaan, selain jauh dari perkotaan, biaya satuan harga barang di Provinsi Papua Barat juga terbilang cukup mahal.

Tentu aspek kemahalan wilayah dan medan geografi ini perlu dipandang untuk dijadikan pertimbangan dalam menggulirkan kebijakan mendanai desa pada tahun anggaran 2020 tersebut.” Kata Wamafma pada Mendesa.

Selain itu, mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan dampak Covid-19 dengan menggelar Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) senilai Rp 600.000 melalui Kementrian Desa, menurut Wamafma perlu untuk dikuliti lagi secara objektif, mengingat bentang alam masing-masing daerah tidak memiliki kesamaan.

"Disamping itu juga wilayah pedesaan seperti papua Barat tempat saya bermukim, akses masyarakat desa untuk dapat terhubung dengan Bank, mereka harus menempuh perjalan jauh ke kota, bahkan dibalik itu, mereka juga harus merogoh kocek yang cukup besar untuk sekedar mengambil uang di Bank.” Tutur Wamafma.

Akhirnya, Bantuan Langsung Tunai atau BLT yang diberikan Pemerintah lenyap asas manfaatnya, sebab bantuan uang yang diberikan itu terserap banyak hanya untuk mengongkosi diri menuju Bank.

Maka itu sebelum Wamafma mengakhiri aspirasi Masyarakat Papua Barat di hadapan Mendes, Abdul Halim Isakadar. Dia pun mengingatkan, agar Bantuan Langsung Tunai yang diberikan ke Papua Barat bisa lebih besar lagi dari itu.” Tutup Wamafma. (RS)
