PAPUA NUGINI, JAGAPAPUA.COM - Sejumlah pemuda di Provinsi East Sepik, Papua Nugini (PNG) turut bereaksi terhadap penetapan KKB sebagai teroris oleh Menko Polhukam, Mahfud MD pada pekan lalu. Para pemuda PNG tersebut pada Kamis (6/5) mendeklarasikan dukungan perang melawan TNI/Polri dan siap mendukung perjuangan Papua Barat untuk merdeka.

Deklarasi dukungan tersebut tetap disampaikan meskipun pihak pemerintah PNG tidak mendukung perang melawan TNI/Polri di Papua. Hal itu disampaikan oleh Juru Bicara Sebby Sambom melalui keterangan tertulisnya pada Kamis (6/5).

“Para Pemuda di PNG di Provinsi East Sepik deklarasikan dukungan perang kepada pejuang Papua Barat dan siap lawan TNI/Polri sekalipun Pemerintah PNG tidak mau mendukung Perang lawan TNI/Polri di Papua. Deklarasi ini mereka lakukan, karena mereka mendengar Indonesia labeli TPNPB dan Orang Papua sebagai Organisasi Teroris,” ujar Sebby.

Sebby Sambom juga menyertakan video deklarasi para pemuda PNG tersebut yang nampak berseragam loreng dan membawa senjata berlaras panjang. Selain menyatakan dukungan perang melawan TNI/Polri, melalui video itu, para pemuda PNG mengatakan bahwa perjuangan Papua Barat merdeka adalah perjuangan murni untuk tanah kelahiran warga Papua Barat.

“Hari ini tanggal 6 Mei kami adalah warga negara Papua Nugini sekarang berdiri di sini untuk menyatakan diri kami bahwa kami siap untuk pergi dan berperang melawan Tentara Indonesia. Indonesia adalah pencuri, melangkah masuk dan mencoba mencuri sumber daya mereka (red: warga Papua) dan mencoba membunuh mereka,” ujar salah seorang diantara mereka.
